One Wing Foundation's priority is to give to as many organizations as we can, while spreading our funds to various types

of support needs for the pregnancy and infant loss community. Our purpose is to help these organizations accomplish their missions

by providing funding for already-established programs.

Due to the growing number of requests, all organizations seeking funding will be required to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) by July 1.

The LOI should be a one-page, informative letter summarizing your ultimate full proposal, and specifying the amount requested for your project. Please submit it to info@onewingfoundation.org. If approved, your organization will be contacted by August 1 and invited to continue the application process. Approved applicants will need to submit their proposal in full by October 1.

One Wing Foundation awards grants once each year to applicants who meet the following criteria:​

​

• Applicants must be non-profit organizations in overall good financial health with a proven track record.

• The recipient organizations (or the specific project within the organization) must serve the pregnancy and infant loss community within the state of Texas.

• Organizations outside of the state of Texas may apply for consideration if the requested funds directly serve Texas residents.

• Please complete all of the application questions or write “N/A” if necessary. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

• Please attach copies of all of the forms below:

  • Most recent 501(c)(3) letter from the IRS

  • Most recent 990 with Schedule A and attachments

  • Most recent financial audit or financial statement 

  • Brochure, newsletter, or other media

  • List of board members and affiliations

Within the limitations of the funding criteria listed above,
funding can be used for the following:

• Operation Support

• Research 

• Programs and Resources for:

  • ​Physical Recovery

  • Emotional Recovery

  • Education

  • Advocacy

One Wing Foundation will NOT give consideration to the following types of requests:​​

​

• Salaries

• Event Sponsorship 

• Marketing 

• Beautification needs or capital funding

• New program initiatives, unless backed by supporting data to show proven success at other organizations of the same or similar program
